1. Overview
Due to the nature of digital products sold by Untitled Multimedia Ltd, all sales are generally considered final once access to the files has been provided.
By completing a purchase, you agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately and that you may lose your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once access to the download link has been issued.
2. Digital Product Delivery
Upon purchase, customers are provided with immediate access to downloadable digital assets. Once the download link has been issued or accessed, the product is considered delivered.
Because digital files cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods, refunds are not automatically available after delivery.
3. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
You are entitled to a remedy if the product is:

Not as described

Faulty or corrupted

Not delivered due to a technical error on our side
In such cases, we will first attempt to repair or replace the files at no additional cost.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be granted in the following circumstances:

You have been charged more than once for the same product

The product is permanently inaccessible or cannot be reissued

The files are defective and cannot be reasonably replaced

A technical error has prevented delivery and cannot be resolved
Refund requests must be submitted via our Contact Us page and must include proof of purchase and Certificate of Ownership where applicable.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued where:

The product has been successfully delivered and downloaded

You change your mind after purchase

You lack compatible software or technical ability to use the files

You fail to download within the 14-day access period

The issue arises from misuse, modification, or third-party alteration of the files
6. Replacement Policy
Where possible, we will prioritise reissuing download links or replacing files rather than issuing refunds.
Customers are responsible for securely storing and backing up all purchased files.
7. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
